Pavel Gitelman’s business camp

There is no better vacation than a work vacation. And there is no better work that you do during your vacation.

Paradox? No! Tatiana Ravinskaya | CEO BeginTimes has found the ideal format for days-off without escaping the reality of the business.

Tatiana spent her long-awaited vacation on Northern Cyprus, not only to enjoy the Mediterranean beauty, but also to participate in a business camp by businessman, blogger and top speaker Pavel Gitelman. Everything looks like in childhood: sun, air and water. And now we add to this formula energy of a community of two hundred entrepreneurs from all over the world, business owners with a turnover of over $ 1 million, well-read, athletic and enthusiastic people in their prime!

The business camp shift lasted 4 days, and each was filled with a variety of activities.

Day 0: a day of adaptation, songs, dances and getting to know the participants and organizers.

Day 1: A training game from the Skolkovo team of game practitioners, "Manager 2.0." A powerful training exercise for scaling profits through building strong teams. Dozens of case studies and situations, competitions with other teams in strategy, leadership, communication, and negotiations.

The "Black and Red" game from the incomparable Dmitry Bimurzaev. A difficult psychological test, the pressure of which not every serious entrepreneur could withstand. The main goal of each participant was the ‘win-win’ principle - agree if you can, but do not forget about mutual benefit. A breathing practice session helped to relax after a tense event - it was easy and even humorous to get out of stress.

Day 2: A concentrated dose of motivation. Special guests joined the camp participants, who talked about the ups and downs of their companies. The phrases ‘you need to make mistakes’, ‘it must be interesting’ ran through the entire material of the third day. In our opinion, these are universal phrases - where would life be without interest and mistakes? There was even a separate session F*ckUp Business Night. The point is not to laugh at other people's failures, but to share, discuss and learn from them! The hall was warmed up by the speeches of top speakers: Oscar Hartman, founder and investor of over 150 companies, a top-18 business angel in the world, and author of the book-inspired challenge for every businessman, "Just Do It! Keep It Simple!"; Alexey Vasilchuk, founder of the Vasilchuki Restaurant Group; and best practices from Georgy Solovyov, founder of SkyEng. A stellar day, no less.

Day 3: Strategic Session 2025. Yuri Muradyan (MCS ICF coach) helped formulate New Year's goals using meditation and freewriting. Nothing brings people together like the 90s —tested right on the Mediterranean coast!

Day 4: Final Concert. As expected, the camp held a farewell evening and ceremonial closing of the shift. A spectacular concert, based on a script by Daria Bikbaeva's team, was performed by the business camp participants. Each participant was able to show their talents and perform at the evening concert.

It is not for nothing that a vacation in such conditions is called transformational: it is here that the thinking of each participant changes dramatically, and you return home as a completely different ... entrepreneur and person.
