Every company builds its culture in its own way. At BeginTimes, traditions play an important role in strengthening our team spirit.

One of our favorite traditions is celebrating February 23 and March 8 as one shared event. Instead of separate celebrations, we gather as a team for an evening that’s relaxed, informal and full of good energy.

This year we met at Ruki Vverh Bar. Good music, great conversations, plenty of laughter and a touch of nostalgia made it a memorable evening.

Moments like these remind us that strong teams are built not only through projects and daily work, but also through shared experiences and the time we spend with colleagues beyond the office.
