We often share stories about traditions at BeginTimes. One of the warmest is our spring getaway.
Every spring, we leave the city to slow down, recharge and simply spend time together — away from tasks, deadlines and payment processing.

This year, we kept the tradition but slightly changed the format: we went to the Shishki countryside complex and spent May 1 in nature.

The day turned out exactly the way a good day off should be:

• a bit of movement — shooting and laser tag;
• a bit of meaning — planting trees;
• a bit of flavour — barbecue;
• and a lot of calm — a walk by the lake.

There were also a few surprises.
It turned out that some of our teammates really know how to shoot. At that moment, the competitive spirit kicked in immediately.

Laser tag was just as lively: we played with focus, energy and strategy. The score was 2:1 in favour of the CEO’s team. Fair and square — the points said it all.But honestly, that was not the main thing.

The main thing was those simple conversations that rarely happen in work chats. The kind of conversations where you can talk calmly about life, ideas and plans — without rushing and without an agenda.

That is how we ended the day: in a good mood and with the feeling that we had become just a little closer as a team.
