This week, representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan came to Minsk for a return visit.

The meeting was a natural continuation of our engagement with Uzbekistan’s IT ecosystem. We first met at the Uzbekistan Outsourcing Conference in Minsk, continued our discussions at IT Park in Tashkent, and have now had the opportunity to discuss the next steps at the BeginTimes office.

The conversation focused not on general prospects, but on practical matters:
🔹 how Belarusian IT companies can build their presence in Uzbekistan;
🔹 which local partnership models can help companies enter the market more efficiently;
🔹 where there is demand for expertise in fintech, payment technologies and card processing;
🔹 how teams from different countries can combine their expertise to deliver international projects;
🔹 what conditions and infrastructure companies need to scale without compromising quality.

Uzbekistan is open to technology partnerships. The country has a dynamic IT environment, growing interest in international expertise and an increasing number of projects focused not only on the domestic market, but also on the wider Central Asian region.

This direction is of particular interest to BeginTimes. We see strong potential for cooperation in fintech, card processing, IT consulting and international project delivery.
